Christie’s New York has released more info about the upcoming Elizabeth Taylor jewelry auctions. The series of auctions was announced shortly after Liz’s death in March, 2011. Auction proceeds will benefit the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation. Starting this month, Christie’s will host worldwide exhibits of the Taylor collection, made up of jewelry, fashions, memorabilia and many other items. Auctions will be held in New York this December, after the collection has been displayed at Christie’s Rockefeller Center Gallery.
